Account removal - not happening?

Hi,

I requested my account to be deleted over a week ago yet it still hasn't happened. As per the FAQ I have mailed the PH account and have confirmed my e-mail address via the mail sent to me. Please confirm when the account will be deleted.

Under GDPR, the organisation has a month from the date of the request to respond to a request for erasure ("right to be forgotten").
