Car selling: EHV ExpressHistory

Anyone been approached for their "EHV" for a car they're selling - buyer wanting details regarding ownership history, recalls, etc from a website called expresshistory.... assume trying to get credit card details and fees before disappearing... imho a genuine buyer will do their own research (and at their own cost) and ask questions from the buyer themselves.

There have been quite a few previous posts saying prospective buyers had requested the seller to pay for specific vehicle checks.
It is a scam.

Sounded dodgy, particularly using unusual terms such as "title" of the car etc.
A warning to others.
