Wiring Loom

Is it possible to remove a Chim wiring loom without having to resort to chopping it out? For example how you you get the relay board and alarm box throu the part of the dash thats moulded into the main shell?

And why did some clever fool decide it would be a good idea to fil the inner sill area with exaping foam, offcusts of heat shield and polythene parts bag? Its all causing the loom to be locked in solid in the sills.

Its possible to remove the entire loom with out chopping it.
Just work your way back to the fuse board,the alarm unplugs so no drama there.
The wiring through the sill is a right pain,I used a 35mm hole saw to the sill cavity every,say 250 mm and then a screw driver to take out the foam,its still very tight around the door pillar though.
Wait to you get to removing the heater motor,then youll be really cursing,i'm sure TVR had shares in Sikaflex..
