Sealant/Caulk?

I’ve just finished fitting my utility room (never again 😂) and happy to admit the filler pieces between units and walls are scribed ok but could be better.
Am planning to run a bead up them to give them a clean look.

See so many different opinions of what to use so has anyone got any recommendations?
It will be in a light grey if that makes any difference

If the walls are white, use white caulk, if not use silicone that is the same colour as the cabinets. If you get the ral colour of the cabinets you should be able to buy silicone to match
