Yes sure protections should be in place regarding ‘conveyancing’ and client accounts, but any views on EA solvency?

Some I’m looking at are on pretty shaky ground without any more cash or bank loans injected into the business. Others are selling a lot of investment property to survive.

Hopefully the market recovers soon.

The more of them go bust the better.
Some of those s will be rubbish at selling the Big Issue outside Tesco.

They would be lucky to get the Big Issue gig. We’ve had the same Romanian husband and wife selling in Malvern for 10 + years. Get the train in every day, one outside Waitrose one outside M&S.
