Recommend me a decent quality vitamin and mineral tablet

Hi, long time since I've taken a vit+min supplement but feel like I ought too. looking on places like Amazon the choice is bewildering. I guess brands like Solgar are the best of the better ones but before I buy I just wondered if anyone has any other recommendations? I also wonder if I should be taking an extra supplement of vitamin D as I work indoors 7 days/week, and possibly a calcium supplement as I don't eat dairy? Any help or recommendations greatly appreciated

Has anyone used Bigvits.co.uk? Looks like they are a UK supplier of US supplements... just wondered if they are good?

We get all ours from Simply Supplements, as long as the amount of active content is ok you may as well go for the most affordable source and they seem pretty good on that score.

I’ve been taking Vit D in an oral spray form for a couple of weeks on the back of my dentist saying it’s a good idea.
Can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in anything yet but I guess 2 weeks is early days.
