Quooker Tap Fittings Size
Discussion
I replaced one of my Quooker tails a couple of weeks ago which had sprung a pinhole leak and flooded the cabinet and it is indeed 12mm. I had a spare in my plumbing bits box but was 15mm female ended ( the Quooker is 12mm female). I thought I'd just buy a new pair but the only ones available at the DIY sheds are all male ended, I hunted around the plumbing section of B&Q and found a thread size reducer that was 12mm female/15mm male so my spare went right on. I think you might struggle to find a 12mm one outside of purchasing a new pair of pipes from Quooker. My next step if I hadn't found the reducer was to go to specialist plumbing suppliers to see what they advised we have a few locally (Plumbworld, Wolseley are two of them).
I've fitted two. I can't remember specifics but I do remember they came with a whole bunch of adaptors for size. If your current taps are standard flexis then it should be a straight fit.
Secondhand you might be missing the appropriate bits, but Quooker support are supposedly excellent.

They are indeed, I emailed them on the Sunday morning I found the problem and they replied within a couple of hours offering to send me two new pipes FOC but we wanted to up and running sooner, we had to turn off all the water to the kitchen so the pipe could be removed.
