Is it just me (and my Sony and Phillips TV's) that think this is crap?

Painfully slow to navigate and buffers to the point its unwatchable on both Phillips TVs

Once it get going on the Sony its okay but getting there is a really painful experience.

Anyone else have issues?

Same on a six or seven year old Sony but same through Sky Box too.

I've a several year old LG TV and it's painfully slow to navigate around that too, although I figured it was because it's a bloated app that TV's with limited processing power struggle to operate. It can easily take a few minutes between firing up the app, navigating to "My Favourites" and selecting an episode to watch; once it's streaming though it's fine.

Interesting... doesnt work properly on a new 4K one but all other streaming apps do.

Might see if I can find and old stick somewhere.

Mostly works OK for me.

But like a lot of these apps it's like it's actively designed to stop you finding & watching content, especially if you don't already know it exists.

Shame, as they have some good stuff when you can be prepared to put in the effort to see whats hidden away.

We have a Sony Bravia and it is hopeless on ours. As well as buffering, at the end of some of the commercial breaks the programme starts from the begining again. This happens on about 3 out of every 4 programmes we watch, sometimes several times in a programme. It is very frustrating. The problems only happen with the programmes - never with the adverts. We have never had a problem of any kind with the iplayer, channel 4 or 5.

We watch it on an old Now stick and it works fine.

I'd say Disney+ is the least stable.

My only frustration with ITVX is that it gives us Central News. I think I may have logged in once at the mother-in-law's in Redditch and it's now decided we enjoy watching news from the Midlands down here in Zummerzet. Postcode's correct in the setttings and we get some local ads - e.g. Mercedes Taunton - so I'm at a loss.
