Yet again, Prince Andrew found to be in league with another dodgy person, this time a Chinese spy. According to the BBC they have a dossier of the spies comments on the prince being desperate and the like. Yet more embarrassment for the Prince and even more embarrassment for the royal family.
Has to be said, Andy keeps some terrible company, is a woeful judge of character. What do they do with him? Can they excommunicate him?

The BBC deployed BBC news to report news as a means to deflect from a cooking program...

You think that an alleged Chinese spy linked to Prince Andrew and who had been barred from entering the UK on national security grounds is simply an attempt by the BBC to deflect away from its own issues? You don't think that it may be actually news that's being reported and a story that's been carried by other news outlets?
Tug that forlock harder Andy. Can't have anyone criticise the royals now can we?

Strange how someone born with every possible privilege imaginable compared to most people has such extraordinarily poor judgement isn't it?
I wonder if it's just about money or sometimes if it's just a posher version of "not used to anyone ever telling him no".
I think the "good royals" recognise the privilege and the responsibility. You then have Andy who thinks he is king and is everyone's master and sits above the law. The worst kind of scum bag really.I wonder if it's just about money or sometimes if it's just a posher version of "not used to anyone ever telling him no".

For some that level is not enough and it pushes them to more dangerous or depraved activities.
Not an excuse mind.

Not really, judgement involves weighing up the pros and cons of any given situation or action, and making a decision on the balance being favourable.
If you live your whole life where everything is an upside, and there are no downsides, then where does judgement come into it? He's never had to make a balanced judgement in his life, other than just pleasing himself and f

Thick as mince, spoilt as a child and a life of people listening to him and treating him differently because of who his parents are. I wonder if it's just about money or sometimes if it's just a posher version of "not used to anyone ever telling him no".
Represents everything that is wrong with the British class system and monarchy, where your family tree is more important than you as an individual.
Really baffles me that the working class (ie those at the bottom and looked down upon by the rest) seem to be the most fervent supporters of it. Weird. Like turkeys voting for Christmas.

The BBC deployed BBC news to report news as a means to deflect from a cooking program...
A US ambassador wrote in a secret cable that the Duke of York spoke "cockily" during an official engagement, leading a discussion that "verged on the rude".
The remarks by Tatiana Gfoeller, Washington's ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, are revealed by the website Wikileaks.
She said Prince Andrew, a UK special representative on trade, criticised the Serious Fraud Office probe of an arms deal between BAE and Saudi Arabia.
In the cable, written in October 2008 and published on the Guardian newspaper's website, , external Ms Gfoeller recounts details of a brunch in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek with British and Canadian business people.
Summing the event up, she writes: "Astonishingly candid, the discussion at times verged on the rude (from the British side)."
She wrote that "[Prince Andrew] railed at British anti-corruption investigators, who had had the 'idiocy' of almost scuttling the Al-Yamama deal with Saudi Arabia".
She said the prince also criticised Guardian journalists - "who poke their noses everywhere" - for investigating the deal.
Let’s not forget the above. Also his liberal use of ‘N word’ at various meetings.
Flying a helicopter in the Falklands only buys you so much good will….

I think they’re all dodgy, some are just better at hiding their dodgyness.
Let’s not forget, while the queen was discussing her mounts with Major Parker Bowls our future King and heir was playing horsy and jockey with his wife. At least Andy was decent enough to restrict himself, to people’s teenage daughters.
As a family who are under so much public scrutiny, they’re certainly not discreet with their privilege.
