Help with Old TV Advert

Random, and a bit niche. I'm looking for an old advert which was aired on the telly during the nineties; I just cannot remember what the product was to help me find it.

The theme of the advert was things that were not sensible versus [the product] which was. The one I'm trying to remember had a Chinese or Japanese man saying, 'rotary action cat polisher... not so sensible', then it would switch to the product which he would say 'very sensible' to.

Any help will be appreciated. I was on a job with a guy who works with me and someone said something to us which reminded me of that advert. Now it's bugging me and I just have to find it!
