This is a strange one (at least to me).
Male dies after a cardiac arrest, so I assume drugs? But murder? Obviously the Police know more than is in the public domain.

Thanks ,that makes sense!Where I was heart attacks in the street would also trigger fire response for the above reasons + numbers for CPR

Well, since I have enough posts to be able to use NP&E, I'm allowed to have a go.
Based on the evidence presented, I reckon this is exactly what happened:
They were reviewing the Christmas dinner, the husband made a comment, "You wouldn't say boo to a goose."
She replied with, "Yes, you're right. Being a man who looks powerfully-built and is a director of 3 companies, can you help me to learn this key survival skill?"
He replied, "Sure. Let me get my sound level meter."
So she started quietly saying boo to the defrosting goose, incrementally increasing the loudness with him giving feedback, checking the meter and studying the goose sitting in the oven tray, taking meticulous notes to later post his findings on Pistonheads.
She got carried away and at some point with the volume of her voice, she scared the husband who had a heart attack and died.
Police were called because they heard her shouting.
I think you'll agree that this is exactly what happened.

Yes of coarse with no facts available it must be all the evil man's fault. He killed his wife with a kitchen knife.
Initial assumption of police friends and neighbours: evil abusive husband, finally killed wife in fit of rage.
Truth? Loving husband struggling to deal withe wife with serious mental problems with inadequate support. Wife attacked him with knife, they struggled with it and she ended up with a single stab wound that tragically proved fatal.
At least he did not get convicted. He did have to explain, a few years later, to two lovely little girls why they had no Mum . I can't imagine many conversations more difficult.
