Modular / Sales Office style building as a workshop / garage
Discussion
I am hopefully moving into a new place soon and need / want a 10m x 6m garage / workshop asap.
I was wondering if one of these could be used in the back garden, it isn't too much of an eyesore and is built to a decent level of insulation.
Fitted with a low threshold 2.4m wide double door it should do the job and if necessary the floor could be beefed up with another layer of board.
it would only be for really light classic cars like beetles so I don't think it would be much of an issue and any point loading could be spread out with rubber mats / boards under the tyres.
it will only need minimal grounds works and ready to use straight away which would be a massive bonus.

any thoughts?

I always think that the floors are the weak point; it's easy to halve the span of the joists by putting extra footings (piles of bricks) in place.
Placing an extra flooring board on top will give you double the strength but connecting them together solidly will quadruple the strength.
