O/T - anyone help with artist and title

To complete a quiz I need to find the artist and title for a song which contain the lyrics

"she was on a 48 hour fast, just water and black tea"

I have done numerous searches on the web with no success so you guys are my last hope.

If I dont find out the answer I will go mad.

The key is knowing how to "direct" google to what you want - lots of ""'s in the right place helps
