Anyone having any issues with HSBC?

I've had an odd issue with HSBC today, and I was wondering if it is a one-off or if they are having systems issues.
I've got a standing order which moves an amount from one of my accounts to another on the first working day of each month. It's been set up for years and I've never had an issue up until now. Today, the amount came out of the account as normal, but never appeared in the other account.
Mistakes happen of course, and this shouldn't be a big issue, but I have now had six calls with them and been into the local branch, and no one seems to know what is happening.
The last I heard was that the money would 'definitely' be credited by 3.30 this afternoon, but that hasn't happened either.
Is anyone else having issues today?
