I have used it, yes it's rather expensive for what may well be snake oil but I also use V power and at the end of the day I never have any issues with my vehicles and that's good enough for me, I probably use BK 2 or 3 times a year into a full tank - most of the feedback seems positive

Put a tank of branded super through your engine every few tanks.

IIRC it's what JLR sell as their "fuel system service" add-on during normal servicing. Can't remember how much it was from the dealer as I declined the offer, but went ahead and ordered it from Amazon and did it myself.
