Hanging chandelier to Conservatory tie bar

Hi all

I would like to fit a chandelier that weighs around 15kg to my conservatory, specifically on the tie bar.

My question is... is the tie bar strong enough to support the weight?

I have attached some pics of my conservatory and where I intend to hang the chandelier.

I have scoured the internet for examples of chandeliers hung in conservatories but all seem to be hung from the actual roof, not the tie bar.

Any advice welcome.
