Great pic. Using Google Lens, I came up with this (but it still took some searching). It's the only 'special' (as such cars were known in the day) that I found with a similar front grill opening.

The Rochdale has the same sweep to the rear of the front wing, the front valance looks the same and the indicators are placed identically.http://www.rochdale-owners-club.co.uk/Magazines/Ma...
It must be a Rochdale surely?
Or can I expect a whoosh parrot? :-)
