Simpson & Partner untethered charger cable unlocking

Has anyone had any issues with the Simpson & Partner untethered charger cable being locked on the app but the cable not actually being locked in place (can be pulled out). Mine appears to randomly unlock itself despite showing as locked in on the app. If I then take it out and put it straight back in again it locks into place. Wondering if this is just a problem with mine. Thanks

Never had an issue myself, it's been 100% reliable
