They enter under a new name nearly every season.

The fact Minardi managed 20 years is an F1 miracle.

Though 'Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team' really rolls off the tongue. Looking forward to Ted making a dog's dinner of the name this season.

Looks to mostly be sponsorship reasons till this year when it’s to try and make us forget it’s a red bull B team/avoid the confusion of the sub team being called RB when the main team have been abbreviated to that commonly?

Didn't they all just call it V-CARB last season?

Because they keep failing to get good results. Easier to change the name so you forget it was them than sack all the people.
In politics the uk had 13 years plus of conservative government that failed at everything. They moved ministers around every few month and even changed the leader mulitple times so they could say it was the other guy not me. Didn't work in the end.
Latest torro rosso name is the best one yet so I hope they do well. But has anything changed?

Yes, which must surely infuriate the companies who have paid a lot of money to have their actual name on the entry?

Or maybe they’re just happy enough with the VVIP and Paddock Club tickets for themselves and their favourite customers?

Shame they moved on from AlphaTauri. Easily their best looking and most distinctive livery.

As others have said, it is money - the team name will be a sponsorship opportunity.

Like RB are known as Oracle Red Bull Racing, and in the glory days they used Renault in their name as the engine supplier
