I've bought a pack of bulbs and wonder whether it's too late to plant them in time for this year?

The pack contains:
Ailium
Daffodil
ipheion
Muscari
Snowdrop
Bonanza
Tulip Miniature

Many thanks in advance!

I ended up with a 10kg sack of Dafodils and planted them out in Oct... so did my neighbours as I handed them out. They are now starting to come out now.
I also bought Tulips at the same time.

Most of those bulbs suggest planting Oct latest according to the sheet which came with my bulbs.

You can plant out but they may not come out this year. You could stick in tubs in the dark and cold for a month and then bring them out.

I planed tulips and daffs out in Oct and the daffs are coming out and a couple of tulips but the cold snap has halted them a bit thankfully.

If you get them in now, you should be fine for early March.

Planted a load of bulbs in tubs and in the ground about four weeks back, and some are starting now. Daffs, tulips etc.

You can actually get later flowering if you delay planting.

I keep some bulbs aside until late-Feb/early-March, that way I still get daffodils flowering well into April and May.

I would tuck them away in the cold and dark and then plant them later in the year. Or do 50/50 and that way if things don’t go so well this year, you still have some.

Thanks all. I’m going to split the risk as suggested and see what happens to half of the bulbs this year and save the others for October.

I would also do them in pots. Assuming they all flower you can then find a place in the garden to put them either as they flower or once they have died down.
