MID question

Got my first tug last night in over a decade, was doing a mega loop of the country sharing driving with my business partner while the other slept.
He isnt a named driver so we used cuvva to insure him for the trip.
There was no insurance showing on my vehicle despite there being 2 active policies, one paid in full for the year, renewed october 24 plus the cuvva teporary cover for the additional driver.
Had to sit on the hard shoulder with hgvs blasting past in the dark while it got bottomed out, after i absolutely insisted i was insured they were able to pull my insuance up and let me away. I didnt press the insurance issue as they were extremely pleasant and acknowledged i was slightly above the speed limit but they just said screw the nut and it was the insurance marker was the problem.

Any idea wtf happened with the MID for me to ping up uninsured ?

I noticed the ownvehicle.askmid.com not working last November when I was renewing mine. It still isn't just now.

I did somehow find the Motor Insurers' Bureau's website allow you to check in the following link.
