We have had DPD deliveries for the past three years including last week . I had a very low key disagreement with the driver last week , no swearing, threatening behaviour etc etc , did not think of it again .

Now via a web chat we find DPD no longer deliver to our address ( regular residential ) The web agent wont tell me why and now I cant start a web chat or call them, as there are no humans and the customer complaint form will not send .

Wife has obviously told me its all my fault and they have blacklisted us . Is this a real thing , have any others had this experience , I cant actually find a way of asking DPD all routes seem closed to me

Thanks

They are a private company, i believe if they don't want to deliver to you they don't have too.
Your saying its a minor disagreement could the driver have seen this differantly?

If you cant get them to at least talk to you,
Open a complaint and state ur side of what happend and what you want to see change,
Obvs dpd delivering to your house again.
Do you or your neighbours have door cam footage or anything like that you can use to show it really was nothing?

I literally can't get to talk to them. None of the three e mail address on line take e mails. Customer complaint form will not send. All very odd.

In terms of cameras etc. My wife was with me.
It was super low key.

My question is can you get barred. Is this a real thing. Any others experience

I suppose this is similar to when Amazon deactivate your account and NO agent will speak to you about it.

So presumably anyone trying to use DPD to send you something will not be able to select your address.

What was the low key disagreement about? Did you blame the driver for something relating to a delivery? Accuse them of something?

You say it was a 'low key disagreement'. DPD now won't deliver. Wife says it's your fault. They don't seem to think it was low key.

I wonder if there's a way of contacting them via their app? I have their app on my phone for notifications etc, it's quite useful.

Yes it's a thing, ANY of the courier companies can stop delivering to your address if there's any kind of threat.

Never bite the hand that feeds you (or delivers you goodies in this case).

Don't see the point in arguing with them, it gains nothing. If you had a problem with the service or delivery process log a complaint afterwards.

Here end'th the lesson.

it's just part of the cancel culture that's taking over everything, you have no right to question anything or speak to anyone about it you are guilty and have been cancelled.

Or maybe it’s the employee’s right not to be threatened or called dishonest?
