Mercedes MY2019 E400d AC Compressor Issues

Hi everyone,
last summer I experienced no AC in my Mercedes E400d MY2019, took the car to the dealer and they quoted me with a leaking AC compressor, the replacement compressor with labor was 4k Euro which is very steep to be honest, and then they informed me that this is a common issue with the 350d/400d engines from that time, he said few E-classes got this part and almost all W222 S-classes with these engines (OM656). Mercedes refused to fix this known issue on goodwill or do anything about it, even though the car has been serviced by the dealer since day one.. They told me they can fill it up again but can't tell for how long it will work, this was in June of 2024, and it worked without issues all summer, and in winter it just got cold here and don't really know if it still works.
Now my idea was to buy a used compressor for way less since I have some connections for used car parts from Poland and might be able to get one for a fraction of the price, and I know reputable Mercedes specialists that would do the work with parts sourced by me so that's not an issue. My problem is knowing which compressor has been revised and fits my car because on the dealer quote the part number is the same on both parts all but two last digits, so the original part number is A0008301604 70, and the replacement A0008301604 80, and when you look at these compressors physically, they don't include the last two numbers on them... I have attached an image of the CO2 compressor below, and I wonder if anyone knows the replacement part number or after which build date they solved this issue any help would be greatly appreciated.
I feel like I will have to replace it soon so I'm getting ready to minimise the damage...
