MOT tester - written positive comments

Browsing classic cars for sale and checking a couple of MOT histories, I came across something I haven't seen before. An mot tester had written in his advisory comments "vehicle in nice condition". This was noted for three consecutive years, so presumably the same tester. I was impressed by this, as I have thought before that this type of thing would be useful, rather than just noting critical points

I guess it makes sense as it sounds like someone has taken a car that is likely to be MOT exempt for the purposes of getting it on a ramp, and to get a second opinion on its condition.
