Hi Guys,

I recently posted on here looking for an Estate for 6k but i have had a bit of budget creep and ended up looking at Skoda superb 280 4x4’s which are lovely, Only trouble is they’re like hens teeth or people want too much for them so I am back to searching again. So I’m looking in the region of up to 14k really. Would like an Estate but open to SUV’s, I mainly something big enough to fit me (6ft6/199cm) and have some semblance of legroom behind me (hence superb) and a big boot.

Must haves:
2015+ as I refuse to pay more than £10k for a 10year old plus car
Apple car play or ability to fit car play functionality
Auto
Petrol
Bonus points for being reasonably quick I.e faster than my 140ps fiesta mk8

Currently looking at:
Skoda superb 280 (very very rare and at top end of budget)
Skoda superb 220 (very rare especially In sportline spec and still command strong money)
BMW F31 320i (B48? - good value and great gearbox)
Audi A4 B9 2.0T (bit bland but can get some great spec for the price)

Anything I’m missing out on?

Can't imagine the BMW or Audi will be any way near big enough for you? What about a Skoda Kodiaq? I've always assumed they are the same floorplan as the superb so equally spacious. I'm 6'3" and there is plenty of legroom behind me when I'm driving (the rear bench can slide back/forward) Unfortunately you won't get anything as brisk as the superb 220/280 - ours is the 1.5t (150bhp) but there is a 2.0t 180bhp

I do like the look of the insignia and the idea of low bork potential is nice.

Yep kodiaq is nice - maybe a touch larger than I would need but who my size has ever said too much room?
Only problem is there are a couple in the price bracket just they are low spec/mega miles or written off.
