Is this normal when selling on motorway?

Hi all, I listed my car on motorway last Sunday. Was pretty straightforward, had an offer by Monday which I accepted. I uploaded all relevant documents straightaway. On Wednesday I had a WhatsApp message from the dealer asking when is suitable for them to collect, I replied straightaway but haven't heard anything back. I messaged them again today (friday) and still nothing, my messages have been delivered and they are recieving. Is this normal? I'm tempted to ring motorway and tell them to cancel the sale and relist it.

I have sold a few cars through Motorway. Each time the contact process and dialogue with the buying dealer has been different.

I tried to sell my Mum’s car through CarWow, similar auction experience.

Terrible experience and was hassled for days after a 50% offer when they turned up. The scumbag’s “boss” sat in a RRS with the engine running looking at his phone throughout the whole charade.

I’m not convinced that Carwow’s and possibly Motorway’s bidding dealer quality control is all that it could be. I spent a few hours writing some evidence based feedback and got a promising phone call. But I won’t use them again.

I got within £50 of the initial CarWow online offer at the one and only, the original, webuyanycar.com.

Just an update: Canceled and relisted it after speaking to motorway, they were quite sympathetic. Then surprise surprise, I got a message from the dealer after the cancellation email went out from motorway. Dealer said 'sorry I thought I replied, how about we collect next week?'. I just told then its been relisted and it's going live tonight, I've also put it on carwow but that doesn't go live till monday
