Hello, I am curious if there are any companies which offer fleet management for rental companies with the below support

Providing keys and documents at time of the customer taking the rental.

Booking vehicle back in when it is off hired, simple checks for damage etc.

Something remote looking to start a rental fleet 300+ miles away
