I’d be bloody tempted to buy it at that price just for one summer!

E93's are the runt of the litter - significantly heavier (200+KG) than the other models which purists turn their nose up at, so lower values.

Personally I think it's unfair to compare an E93 with E92 - but instead to compare it to other performance-oriented 400HP 4 seat convertibles. Then it doesn't appear so lardy!

On that car specifically, lovely colour but rod bearings haven't been done so thats a £1,500 bill straight away.

I paid less for mine recently...

Ahh ok, I know absolutely nothing about these cars, so did wonder if there would be immediate bills. Glad I didn't spot this when it was live because on the face of it, owning it for one summer could have been fun.....being landed with loads of bills immediately not so much!

Convertible E46 M3s suffer the same fate!

But at that mileage you could probably have got one summer's fun out of it without needing to get the rod bearing shells replaced, and at least its a manual.

The F83 which is the following generation is also the same, most M4 owners don’t want the convertible so the values are lower compared to the coupe.
