Not getting mail from a member

I am on btinternet.com

His emails from.gmail.com are not arriving

mine are getting through to his address

Any idea why this is, and can it be cured/corrected?

Add him with email to the contacts? It can help prevent stuff getting labelled as spam

He diesnt even show in the spam folder, it leaves him and never arrives!

Simple solution, get off btinternet.com - always been really bad at aggressive blocking with no options for the recipient (white listing does not always work). When BT were my ISP all my emails to btinternet.com addresses would fail as they considered BTs own mail servers to be spam merchants.

Alas many of the other BT related email provisions now use the same filtering system as btinternet.com.

edit - should have included - try adding his email address to the white list you access through the mail webpage. About about a 50% chance it will work though.

is he replying to your emails? Has he got your email address correct.

Get him to try typing your email address in gather than letting your address autofill.

Are you getting other gmail emails?

But agree with comment earlier about BT, although usually mine are server connection issues - I have an old account set up and pretty frequently it doesn’t work. I leave it and next day it’s fine. I use Gmail as my main personal email account.
