Saw this the other day

At Portway Motor Centre. They have a few other interesting cars there as well, worth a look if your in that area.

Edited to add that I don't like the car just thought it was hilarious.

There was one of these for sale in a local sports car shop I was having a toot at. I was looking and the chap came over all proud of himself and said 'How much would you say I'm selling that for?' To which I replied 'About 4 grand, it's an MR2'. He wasn't pleased

I'm sorry but I do think those Toyota 355 are rather sad. I drive past one occasionally not far from where I live and even the first time I saw it while motoring past it didn't fool me.

Basher may want the steering wheel though- at £2500 it must be some piece of kit (sic)

What makes me laugh is that these muppets try to sell their cars for more money than the real thing. They're asking £14,999 for this monstrosity. A quick check on autotrader reveals a choice of REAL Ferrari 308 2.9 GT4 Dinos for less money.

Only someone who really doesn't know ANYTHING about cars could possibly mistake this for the real thing.

Rice is the art of doing up cars (almost exclusively japanese) to make it look like something it's not. Rice is the reason why every Civic or Integra driven by anyone under 22 is a Trype R. Basically anything "Rice" is any non-performance-enhancing "performance mod" you can do to a car.... i.e. crappy Veilside kits, blue lights, hugely oversized wheels etc etc. A riceboy is a cap-backwards brigade member

So 'Type R' means as much as 'Type Rice'?

A guy at school (about 10 years ago) called Colin couldn't tell the difference between a Ferrari and a standard MR2(mk2). He had never seen a ferrari in the flesh and had never seen an MR2 up close.

He even mistook a Suzuki Cappucinno for a Dodge Viper, because he had only seen pictures of a viper and had no comprehention of the size difference!

So there are people around who would be fooled by that (shockingly, quite easily)
