If you had 20K+ of cash reserves in your business, but you didn't want to take it out (or maybe did but at the end of the year) I'm interested to hear what you guys would do with it?

I have recently expanded my business, partly funded by a high interest Loan (only option) which I can only pay off in a lump sum, so would be wise to stick it somewhere better than just the business bank account.

If you don’t want to risk the capital, open a business investment account and put it in a Money Market fund like CSH2 Lyxor Smart Overnight Return

How would that [CSH2] work from a corporation tax perspective?

You would pay corporation tax on the income from the investment.

Loan yourself £10k and then put in an isa ?

Pay it back within the limit of whatever it was after company year end ?
