Some of you might remember the thread about the XJR I bought when I was 18 - I stupidly sold that car about 18 months ago and regret is truly setting in now. While it may well be Coke cans at this point I'd love to know if it's still around as I'm in a position to buy it back.

It's been sold again at least once since, and while I try and get in touch with the owner after me I thought I'd try my luck on here and see if anyone knows where it's got to.

Reasonably distinctive for an XJR6 with Antigua Blue metallic paint and chrome window frames (a rare option, I think.)

Failed its MOT on the 21st of February whilst showing 131570 miles . Emissions and a bald tyre so possibly not terminal .

It's on a SORN now with no MOT, which is usually a step on the pathway to rotting on someones driveway frown

Until I found out about the plate change last week I presumed it was crushed or stripped, so its a plus!

As of today I have one very tentative lead which I'll be exploring.

hehe

Joking aside that's an unusual trim choice, full old man stainless steel on the windows vs the usual blacked out look for XJRs. I always liked that.
