Selling a golf item through Facebook marketplace and I received a message through messenger. The text ended with “post.im” at the end and have no idea what this means. So when I replied (he wants me to post it), it also came up with “post.im” at the end🤪. Any idea what it means? If I cut and paste the chat it doesn’t show up.

Secondly, is it safe to post the item if he bank transfers the money first, before I post it?

I’m guessing it’s an emoji

I wouldn’t post it personally

If he’s in the Isle of Man then it might make some sense. Although it doesn’t seem to be active on the web, it could be an old domain used by an IoM ISP.

A yellow face with its head tilted, its tongue hanging out of a big grin, and wide eyes in a wild, cockeyed expression. Generally used to express silliness.

Even if he does the bank transfer before I post it?

Sorry, my original post has made things confusing as I inserted the emoji and it didn’t work. The main thing was the post.im at the end of the chats.
