European hotels with easy parking

Apologies if this is a bit vague. But...

I'm trying to plan a family holiday this summer (2 adults/2 kids 9 & 15)-
most likely book the Harwich-Hoek ferry 27 or 28 July.
Final destination will be an Air BnB, maybe south France/Germany or Northern Italy.
Also fancy seeing Switzerland, not ruling out Austria or even towards E.Germany.

Anyway, got a couple of weeks so happy to spend 2 or 3 days driving there and the same back.

Have plenty of Air BnB options on my 'wishlist' as possible stops but equally keen on the potentially less stressful option of using hotels as stop offs while travelling down and back.

Now I know my holiday dates will be pretty peak times for Hotels/busy roads and all that.
What I really want is hotel suggestions where I can be travelling to, knowing parking will not be an issue or worry at the end of our journey.
Not looking for anything hugely expensive but if anyone does have anything with a bit of wow factor then happy to hear of those too.
But really just thinking about Premier Inn/Hilton/Holiday Inn/Adagio or similar type places...but with the all important decent parking.

Maybe worth mentioning that I fancy taking my kids to the Rulantica waterpark in Germany so haven't ruled out an overnight in a hotel on site there, but that's 7.5 hrs from the Hoek port so may look at breaking that journey or possibly a hotel within an ok drive from there.

I really wouldn't worry about the parking. Work out where you want to stay, then find a hotel you like the look of, then check out the parking. 95% of the time it will be fine. If it's one of the 5%, choose another hotel.

We've done loads of European travel in various cars and not once have we had an issue with parking at an hotel. Well, there was one hotel in Jerez where the ramp to the car park right next to the hotel was too steep and the car beached, so we had to park in a car park about 400 yds away. I don't count this as an issue though.
