Hi all,

Any chance on some opinions on costs of setting up a Discretionary Trust?

The new IHT rules on pension mean that, like many, I'm re assessing things..

Should a 'funds only discretionary trust' set up fee be based on how much is going into it?
Are these things pretty standard paperwork and fixed fee, or % of funds going into the trust?

Ongoing fees are a different set of questions.
