I am looking for a paint sprayer for my garden fence - needs to be cordless due to size of garden.

Anyone have something similar they could recommend?

Thanks.

If you use something like Garden Shades an ordinary pump sprayers should work( or it used to).

The fence is round 35-40m in length and about 6ft high so £16ish for a litre for Garden Shades would be a bit pricey....

I sprayed my shed with the lidl cordless one. It worked. Used an adaptor for my dewalt battery but be warned apparently it can kill them but iv got plenty and it was fine, just don't flatten it fully.

I bought a wagner paint sprayer from toolstation last year. There is a specific fence painting attachment which I've not used yet but the part I have used is excellent.

Sorry just noticed you needed it to be wireless. Not sure if wagner do that or not. Just buy a massive extension cable 😆

Yes, I think it is going to have to be an extension cable. I can't seem to find a decent cordless that at least comes with a battery!!!

My father gave me the screwfix erbauer one as he didnt use it and was having a clear out, found it very good when i did my shed with some wood treatment. My only concern would be how much product they get through.

Cordless,,, 40m long biglaugh

I bought 2 50m extension leads to do mine

I used my Aldi compressor and I think I used the schutz gun but maybe it was the sprayer - it all came in a pack with the compressor

Edit I remember I sprayed oil on the fence with the schutz gun and I sprayed paint on the shed using the gravity fed spray gun - you have to water it down and get the in gun filters

So much easier and faster than hand painting

I used to paint fences on a painting contract I had. I've painted literally 1000s of panels, It was on a 5 year cycle for a housing association. Spraying the panels didn't last the 5 years, because you have to thin the paint down. I found the best way and quickest way, was to use this type of rad roller. No worry of over spray and really easy to put on neat.
