2022 A110 Infotainment unable to extend connected services

Owning an early Feb2022 car with updated infotainment I noticed that certain services such as “auto update” “smart pack navigation” and “remote dashboard” run out after three years.
They are supposed to be renewable (although the true value or price are unknown to me) in the Alpine Connect Store.
After I failed to log into such store I called the hotline and after some extensive research the guy got back to me
To tell me that currently the alpine connect store is not yet live and they don’t have a way to renew those functions.
Weird right?
