Good evening,

This has just popped up.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126959250062?mkcid=16&a...

It looks great but seems slightly cheap compared to others?

MOT history looks sound.

Might run an HPI check to see if anything materialises.

Too cheap on a zero feedback seller? Go in with your eyes very wide open, and don't pay a penny until you've sat in the car and checked the VINs.

It is rather interesting.

I spoke to him, seemed normal, and he explained the car.

Was keen for me to leave a deposit, obviously I didn’t, and car available for viewing.

90% dodgy and 10% want are my current stats!

Listing ended "because there was an error in the listing" scratchchin

Definitely not sold outside of eBay.

Bloke has just come back to me saying that it has sold.

Perhaps it was all fir after all (which would be annoying) or perhaps it is just a scam.

If it was a scam I don't see why he would come back to you to advise it has sold, the normal scam would be to try and grb as many deposits as possible from different people

Maybe seller will make contact in a few days stating buyer couldn't raise finance. Then you're thinking it must be a genuine bargain because someone else wanted it.
