RR Phantom known issues

Hello are there any known or common issues with the Phantom? What was the issue with the wheels and tyres?

I think Chris Harris did some vids or blogs from when he owned one and experienced a lot of expensive repairs.

I expect there is an independent specialist who could advise.

Austin Own (car dealer) has sold quite a few older ones.
