I basically stopped listening to new music around 2003, sounds like it was a good move.

Wasn't it album of the year they were up for?
ETA: You're right they were up for band of the year and alternative rock act too, so 3 nominations.

I trust Danny Dyer’s appearance, will translate into the ‘Bonkathon’ winning slew of gongs, one of the best things on TV in recent years.

I guess I must be getting old to think that some young tart dancing about in her stockings and suspenders is a bit much, rather than a bit of all right.

The cheer from the crowd as Ms Carpenter showed the Gods her inner sanctum was rather bizarre even in the context of the earlier Ann Summers dance squad stuff.

Nipples, butt plugs, horses, political rants... some really odd categories and very limited nominations, it seemed like more of a Jack Whitehall comedy show but to be fair his stuff was probably the highlight.

Realised I'm getting very old. I barely recognised any of the artists, reminded me of my own dad in about 1995 biggrin
