In fact I find playing Black Sabbath's Paranoid loudly three times a day after meals helps.......

Yup, I do this, and read through it when its a lnog post and can't see all the text. Just to check for spelling etc.

It also helps when you don't do comands right, as sometimes they show up ok on the preview but dont work on the actual post.

There should be a rule about commenting on spelling on forums...it is impossible to do it without making a spelling mistook.
