The travelling/fighting Irish?

Or Mockney, for the home crowd wannabes.

Is it supposed to be an amalgamation of Irish and Cockney then?

It's an amalgamation of The Long Good Friday gangster genre, some actors who were in The Long Good Friday, and the London/Irish accents used in The Long Good Friday. Razors!!

and I hope he does many more like them, nobody does an English gangster flick like Ritchie a real breath of fresh air amongst all the contrived crap that flushes out of America.

It's good and Tom is great, but it feels somehow lacking, or maybe it's because we've seen it all before.

I think youve answered your own question in a way. Take Tom H out, what have we got? Some hammy accents and st acting. I'm only one episode in but he is the show, and it's a disappointing turn from Brosnan so far.

It's baffling how Brosnan, an Irishman, has such a bloody awful Irish accent.

I've seen them all, you're right, it's not Mobland, it's Tomland.
