Is this the definition of making money out of thin air? idea

Wind can now be counted as a resource which can improve the UK's outlook on its economy. Based on this, we can then spend more as our economy has more resources.

Carbon allowances/EUAs, whatever you want to call them. Carbon credits which companies who produce carbon emissions have to buy. Printed by the government. Lots are given away for free, but it's still a very good revenue generator.

Ah, you say that but the USA is "producing" money which goes into the economy and is actual money. To be doing the same "producing something from nothing: you there'd have to be making more wind. Maybe your government will come up with the idea of putting more wind turbines in but making them turn in the opposite direction so they can blow more wind into your existing wind turbines. The Green Revolution. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem!
