For once, the daily mail version gives a bit more relevant info on events. The 'sales director' handled it badly and could've avoided this outcome with a little more respect. And I don't mean by giving this guy a different desk, but by speaking to him properly.

Nevertheless, the aggrieved comes across as a bit 'Trump' with a fragile ego.
