Last Thursday male 33 returned to the nest at Manton Bay,
Maya the female returned this morning and saw off 25 who had gone to use the nest 2 days ago.
Maya and 33 produced one chick only last year. It amazes me at the end of the season they emigrate their own ways but return to mate again at the same nest.

The long term female NCO returned to her nest in Perthshire yesterday, hopefully she will find a new mate after the her mate died last year during the nesting season.
