Heard that before BUT well done that man - They just do not give up.
The latest round I am getting is the 'according to our records your SKY system warranty is out of date. All we need to do is confirm our records and that can easely be reinstated.'

That guy (swearing) could have been me!

I'm still getting these fg sales calls/silent answerphone messages on an almost daily basis and it's driving me absolutely fg mad!

When you get woken up at 9.30am on a Saturday after a late night, have to get out of the bath, break off from a DIY job etc. thinking it may be something important and its one of these cts it tends to wear you down.

I'm now into my third month of this crap despite registering with TPS and being ex-directory and asking the annoying git at the other end to 'please remove me from this database' and I'm afraid to say I've ranted like the guy in the recording... it's like fg Chinese water torture!

any further suggestions to help lower my blood pressure gratefully welcomed

Heard it before, but it is a classic. I love the fact that despite the bloke completely losing his rag, the fkwit from BT still comes back with 'All it will take is a couple of seconds...'

Not sure if this helps the blood pressure or not, but in the past I've told them I charge for unsolicited calls, £100 per call plus £100 a minute. Where do I send the invoice?

Usually think about it for a minute then hang up on []i]me and don't come back.

I never get out of a bath to answer the phone, just let it ring. After your bath you can dial 1471, if it comes up as "caller witheld their number" you know its a cold call if not it will give you the number

Sometimes the silence and back pedeling is priceless when you tell them that you're with the TPS...
or
string em along a while
or
ask them to hold on 'till you get the man/woman of the house, put the phone down and watch the telly
