Ah thats terrible news. What a time it was here in Ireland, growing up as a teenager with a massive interested in F1 and to have out own team battling all the big guys. Great times. Thanks Eddie, RIP.

Very sad, great guy - big personality.

His biography is a great read. Starting an F1 team with just 20 employees and, effectively bankrupting himself, seems like a fairytale now.

Shocked by this, didn’t even know he had cancer,found him a bit of a marmite character , annoying as hell on top gear and as a pundit(my opinion),but what a team leader,RIP.
