New DVD Player recommendations

[borris-bear]

Hi

I need to replace my dvd player as it wont play any of my home recordings burnt to dvd.

So the criteria are PAL/NTSC playback, must play DVD-R +R etc., possibly divX too.

Looking on recommendations on the best players out there at the moment also not looking to spend too much

thanks

HMV are currently doing Sony players for £49.99 - not certain about their full spec though.
