Image upload issues

Getting some issues uploading issues from iPad. Some work, some don't but no idea why?

One of the missing images is now visible (but took a few minutes to appear) but the other one still doesn't work and clicking on the 'broken image' icon I get a {"message": "Internal server error"} message


UPDATE: And now the other image that caused the internal server error message has popped up. Strange...

Strange that a couple of images were available immediately, but the others took time to show up…

Why does the image upload always put the link at the bottom of the post, not where the cursor is or where you are typing?
