Which would you choose? IMO Star Wars, ESB and RoTJ are certainties, but which others?

I like the foreign language stuff. There's a great poster shop in Chelsea that had a 3 meter high Bond poster in French that looked great. The Japanese ones are good also, especially the Star Wars stuff. There's another good shop in Marylebone that had a nice Top Gun one in recently. Terminator is a good shout.

Used to have this on my wall as a teenager, maybe not so suitable these days.

Do you want automotive themed posters or just great film posters?

A mix of both. I like the Cannonball run option.

I did have an idea of maybe a Poster and then perhaps a Lego model underneath, like the Ghostbusters poster then the Ecto-1 on a shelf under it. I have a USC X-Wing mid-build and just finished the UCS TIE interceptor and already have the A-Wing too if I could justify them. X-Wing for A New Hope, TIE Interceptor for ESB and the A-Wing for RoTJ? Maybe a Delorean for BTTF? I do have the smaller Millennium Falcon I could use instead somewhere too.

Top choices for me would be 2001, Terminator, Jaws, Aliens, Apocalypse Now, Dr Strangelove, SWANH, Das Boot, Top Gun.

Good thread.

One of the Thunderball posters would be first choice for me.

Ideally this one :

One from the Le Mans movie, definitely.

Get's trickier after that.

Original Star Wars movie, maybe? Jaws, perhaps? Blackhawk Down? Le Mans '66?

In the '90s I had all 4 of these. Full-size cinema posters, from the 051 cinema in Liverpool (long gone). Cost me 3 quid each.

Not much use to you now, but made me remember, so thanks beer

Surely you just go with movies you like?
If you don't like a particular film, irrespective of how cool the movie poster was, I wouldn't have it on my wall.
Personally l'd have at least one Clint Eastwood.
